Service

Form Command provides planning assistance for concrete formwork. Outputs must be reviewed by qualified personnel and do not replace engineering, safety, manufacturer, or site requirements.

Accounts and billing

You are responsible for account security and authorized use. Subscription price, trial, renewal, and cancellation terms shown at checkout and in the Stripe customer portal control the applicable billing arrangement.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload content you are not permitted to use.

Availability and liability

Service availability and legal limitations require final owner-approved terms before launch.
